Well, you read about the first half of our little Christie Antique Market expedition, and now it's time for part 2! As I mentioned, we didn't leave empty handed and you are welcome to guess which item(s) I mention in one of the posts managed to hitch a ride home.
I would make joke about being a "fan" of the items above... but I won't. Because that would be too cheesy, even for me. They would look fabulous painted a bright colour though.
The huge industrial lamps (below) were $90 each. I thought they would look awesome in a modern kitchen but Corey said they would need to be rewired if someone wanted to use them for residential purposes.
I thought this would make an awesome outdoor dining table if I covered the metal in rust paint and sealed the wood.
This boomerang coffee table would be the perfect compliment to an L-shaped sofa.
I couldn't decide whether this spiral shelf was tacky or awesome. It was certainly a lot of... look. The seller was asking over $1000 though, so we moved along.
These index file units always seem expensive and impractical... and yet, somehow irresistible. I have a problem.
This harvest table could easily seat ten people. It was beautiful and well priced at $500.
These were smaller and also priced at $500.
I thought this $75 chair would be fun reupholstered in a guest room... but the price would probably quadruple (or worse) by the time I paid for new upholstery and fabric.
I love these stools! Sure, they've seen better days, but I would paint the bases gold or white and cover the seats in brightly coloured velvet... maybe pink, blue or teal! Ooooh, they're just awesome!
Eight year old Taylor wanted this! Luckily, twenty-five year old Corey reminded her that it was impractical.
Do not touch the pretty glass. Do not touch the pretty glass. This is what I chanted to myself in this booth. I've been known to break things.
I love this little cubby for an industrial kitchen! In fact, we could use some extra storage...
I can't help but stop to admire a nice set of Breuer chairs...
... Or a Bertoia diamond chair frame!
I also liked this leather rocker!
... And these mod side tables!
This gorgeous display cabinet came with a $1200 price tag. It was probably worth the $$$ but we weren't looking to spend it.
I loved this display of vintage pottery. Some of it was West German like the vase I bought at the Junction Flea!
This Lucite set made me CRAZY! It's so over the top, that I love it! (Like, so fussy and dorky that it becomes incredibly hip!) I wanted to bring this home and dress it up. With turquoise cushions! For tea parties!! I'm not typically a girlie girl but I seriously loved this princess table and chair set!
By the way, I actually dictated this paragraph to myself in my head, in a high squeaky voice. Wow... That is what this gorgeous set has done to me!
If you've been following the blog for a while, it's probably obvious why I liked this one as well. If not, read this post.
There was an assortment of vintage pyrex decorating colourful vintage kitchen dining sets.
Some of the vendors were really adept at creating gorgeous displays. I just loved the mint green china on the right here... Apparently, staging works for shop displays, as well as houses. ;)
I would love these as part of a mix-and-match china set! They're just so light and pretty and would mix well with my plain white!
Okay, that's all for the pictures. Can you guess what we brought home with us? Check the first half of the post as well.

That's right, we purchased a couple of pieces of West German pottery to keep this little guy (from the Junction Flea) company.
Both were lovely shades of blue and we found them at different booths. One still had the Scheurich label on the back. We also happened to get both for roughly 25% off the marked price, which was an added feather in our cap. :) We couldn't wait to get them home and we had the perfect place for them!
Our vintage sideboard offers the perfect spot to display our newest additions.
